Violations may result in immediate suspension without refund.

6. Payments & Billing

All prices are in GBP (£). Services renew automatically unless cancelled. Failure to pay may result in suspension.

Refunds are discretionary. We do not offer refunds for:

• Misuse or AUP violations.
• Change of mind.
• Downtime caused by third parties or user error.

7. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We are not liable for downtime caused by maintenance, outages, third‑party failures, or force majeure events.
